Lake City Seniors offers social services to help older adults navigate life’s challenges with confidence and support. Whether you need emotional support, resource referrals, legal guidance, or just a friendly check-in, we are here to help.
Social Work Consultation
Our Social Worker is here to help you, your family, your friends and our community. Our social worker provides older adults living in area codes 98125, 98133 and 98115 with emotional support, counseling, resource-gathering, and referrals in the community. Clients must be 50 years of age or older. Free consultations can be offered in-person at Lake City Seniors, or we can also schedule a meeting in-person at your home or another mutual location.

Reassurance Calls
Reassurance calls by our Social Worker provide older adults with a weekly check-in to help reduce feelings of loneliness and anxiety.

Legal Planning
Lake City Seniors partners with the Dementia Action Collaborative to offer free, one-on-one legal consultations with an attorney. These clinics, held every other month by appointment, provide assistance with: Powers of Attorney for Finances, Powers of Attorney for Health Care, Health Care Directives, and Dementia Directives.
