African American Elders Program
The African American Elders Program serves African-American elders in Central and Southeast Seattle and South Kings County. The program identifies frail, isolated and hard-to-serve African Americans and assists them in accessing and receiving needed social and health services through ongoing case management, support and referrals.

- Cost: Most services are offered free of charge or provided on a sliding-scale based on family size and income. AAEP also accepts many forms of insurance.

Asian Counseling & Referral Services
ACRS Aging and Adult Services supports King County’s Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders who are age 55 and older. This program promotes their enduring health and well-being by creating opportunities to engage in social and physical activities, providing nutritious meals and ensuring access to necessary support services.

Chinese Information & Service Center

CISC helps immigrants throughout King County achieve success in their new community by providing information, referral, advocacy, social, and support services. Senior and Disabled Adult Services provides nutrition, wellness and recreational activities at the Sunshine Garden Chinese Senior Community as well as Family Caregiver Support Program and In-home Care Case Management. The Sunshine Garden is currently partnering with Lake City Seniors to bring Chinese programming to the North End of Seattle.

King County Caregiver Support Network
Provides support and resources to unpaid caregivers of adults age 18 and older. This program is offered through various organizations in the community, some of which specialize in serving specific cultural groups. For a complete list of provider organizations, visit the website below.
